Who handles your information? The Woodburn LEGO Club fundraiser organiser handles information supplied for keyring orders. For privacy questions or requests, email woodburnlegoclub@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

We use the parent/carer’s name and contact details, keyring personalisation, colour, quantity and delivery details to make and deliver your order, answer questions and deal with any problems. Classroom delivery needs the child’s name and class; postal delivery needs a postal address. Please provide only what is needed for your chosen delivery method.

We use parent/carer order information to take steps towards and fulfil your purchase. We use the child’s delivery details for our legitimate interest in getting the order to the correct child. These details are not used for marketing.

Checkout and payment

Basket quantities are saved in your browser. When you select Pay, your order details are sent securely to this website’s Cloudflare-hosted order database and to Stripe. The order includes each personalised name, colour and quantity, the parent/carer name, delivery choice and classroom details where relevant. Stripe collects your email address, payment details and, for postal orders, your UK delivery address.

Altitude Digital Solutions Ltd collects payments through Stripe for Woodburn LEGO Club. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website. Stripe processes information under its privacy notice. The organiser can match your order details to the payment in Stripe.

A temporary checkout cookie lets this browser check payment confirmation. A copy of your checkout details remains in this tab’s session storage so your bag can be restored if you return from Stripe. It is cleared after confirmed payment or when you close the tab; checkout drafts are restored only within one hour.

Sharing and keeping information

Order details are used by the organiser and people helping make or deliver your keyring. For classroom delivery, only the information needed to identify the recipient is shared with the school delivery contact. Cloudflare hosts the website and order records; Stripe processes the payment and associated order information.

Order information is kept only as long as needed to fulfil the order, resolve enquiries or returns, and meet any applicable record-keeping requirements. Child delivery details should be removed once delivery and any related enquiries are resolved, unless there is a continuing need to keep them.

Your rights and questions

You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion, restriction or transfer where applicable. You can also object to use based on legitimate interests, including use of your child’s delivery details. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding order.
